Edit: Is this car available outside the US ? Not sure, but I think not. At least not in Europe.
Such large displacement engines are taxed way up here. Over a 5-year lifespan, you'd pay like an additional 35% of its purchase value in road-taxes, besides the standard 21% VAT.
