So far, I am planning to attend Spring Brakes (free for new members at Circuit St-Eustache) and the Autumn Breeze Event at LCMT.
The June session is a 2 day event which may be really fun but harder to manage with family. I might try to also do the July Summer Appex (one day only).
I had the opportunity to drive at LCMT last year with the BMW M Tour and it was a blast. IMO, the track is the only place you can really appreciate the BMW M engineering and push to your limits (car or driver; driver in my case). The M cars are really made for the track and can take the track abuse pretty well IMHO.
