Maybe I had the bad experience with them because they’re a big company? I was told my inquires slipped through the cracks, but I sent about 5 follow up emails with no response to any of them aside from the initial email saying they would reach out to Swift. Ahmed resolved the issue quickly with Austin. Austin ultimately did get a return going and shipping label over to me. I’m glad they finally helped me out. I would’ve been completely fine if the return wasn’t possible, but I did get sour when I couldn’t even get a response. Maybe I’ll have some other luck if order with them again.
