It all depends on what type of winter tires you have, if they are performance winters like alpina pa4's i would not hit up a mountain side with that.

You need dedicated winter tires to do this especially with a decent incline like that. Other than that it's going to depend on how well you manage sliding.

I would suggest you turn traction control completely off or you will get absolutely stuck, make sure you are moving, if you do get stuck just prop in second gear turn tc off and essentially floor it while moving that wheel till you dislodge
