A simple Google search has brought me here! I came across a Manual Yas Marina M3 at auction, and after going back to your post with the VIN it does indeed seem to be a match!
I won the auction($14k is the price before live bidding) and it's waiting approval. Car all seems to be original besides the wheels, but looks like it was reported stolen and sent to auction once found.
