Yeah this is true. Think about it though. The debut colors cost a heavy premium. Again, smart marketing. CCBs should be standard for a model like this. If you go base you're really just getting an M3 with different aesthetics, negligible power increase, and a limited production count - even then that's a pretty hefty price increase over "civic" & zcp models.
