No they shouldn't. I buy my M cars as dual use cars, for the DD and the track, and CCB are cost prohibitive with track use. CCB pads and rotors wear just as fast as standard brakes with track use and cost a fortune to replace. I am very happy they made the CCB optional on the CS.
