I think the M3 will be around 140-150 hp per liter.

Just look at the 911 GT2 RS, makes over 172 hp per liter and you know Porsche could have easily pushed beyond that even. Granted, Porsche makes prob the best turbo engines in the world but regardless there is surely a good amount of power to be had beyond the Maserati output.
