I actually found out about this feature while driving in Europe during our ED before reading it in the owner's manual. It works well and is quite useful.

I must say, the description in the manual is not very clear. For me, I simply brake normally when coming to a stop. I keep the pressure on the brake pedal until I feel DCT has disengaged the clutch (no longer feel forward creep) and then slightly release the brake pedal until I see the sign in the cluster "Auto Start/Stop not active" appear .
