Dude are you serious? WTF getting water-locked in 8 inches of water at 10mph! Either you are exaggerating down the scenario or that is a frightful commentary on how vulnerable these cars are. Sure you "should" go slower but surprise puddles happen. Sincerely hope you are bending the truth about the water facts.
