I’ve been reading good things about the uniden r3 and am looking at picking it up. Is there a reason for mounting right of the mirror vs left (assuming you aren’t in the UK and the right would be closer to your driving position)? |
Just to keep it out of cops view. If approached from driver side in US, they can't see it due to my rear view mirror kind of blocking its view.
I also find it easier to reach mute. The ONE time I had to press it.
Thing thing is no joke! I got 2 miles warning on flat highway the other day.
