Those are Taxis. All Taxis are a beige color. Most of them are wraps... so when the owner goes to sell the car... no one knows it was a taxi.

Its not that rare to see a US spec car registered here in Germany. Often times Germans can find a car in better condition in the USA and then just ship it over the "pond".
