And all speculation, but I wouldn't be content with 415bhp either regardless of what you can do with an aftermarket tune.
But I'd still expect something near 450bhp simply to leave room for BMW to offer a lower M variant, whether it be a M1/M2 and not nip on the heels of the M3/M4 in terms of performance.....at least in a straightline.
Another thing to consider is that with a turbo now, maybe this will be a M3 that sees power gains with newer models.
