Not really ... the S65 V8 is an relativ light engine ... it weights 202kg. Donīt know what the N55 weights (think ~190kg) but with more turbos (3?) and the needed re-inforcement parts it would probably weight not less than the N54 with 195kg ... eventually even more ... so engine weight is no solution.
