I checked out their website and what they are asking for those 2013s. Given that their pricing starts at $70K for a 2013 E92 M3, it's no wonder why they are sitting. Apparently BMW of Rockville is banking on that the e92 is going to be a classic someday (which I'm sure it will be) and someone will want to buy it as a collectible when the rest of the E92s have 100K miles on them.

I don't know how these guys stay in business. I suppose the few fools who shop there overpay enough to make up for the lack of volume. When you have 8 cars that are basically already 2 years old, last generation, (didn't the 2013 M3 come out early 2012?) and your pricing is what it is, don't you see the light at some point and realize that the floor space isn't producing income?

I guess if you hate the new F80/82, and don't care about price, you'll have your selection of cars at BMW of Rockville.
