Agreed though I would never buy a modded car sight unseen from a random dealer unless someone I trusted went over it very thoroughly first.

I agreed. I was saying I wouldn't buy a modded car in general due to the lack of the history of the car. IF the source of history provided is trusted and the mods is also high quality, I will highly consider it too.
Being said that, I just buy new to save the hassle. That's just me tho.
