Found the car on auto trader. Benz dealer took it on trade in.

Something tells me that the old owner took it to MB instead of BMW cause something was wrong with it. He also probably traded it in to a car dealership instead of selling it privately (where he would make more money) b/c he didn't want to deal with a private buyer complaining that the engine blew 1k miles later.
