This. Do not buy unless you can verify through BMW. You don't want to find out a year from now your engine warranty doesn't exist. Also from my experience I've yet to hear a bad story about a used car from a dealer. Having said that if it's only light suspension mods and nothing else you should totally go for it. With only 2200 miles not a lot can go wrong.
