Hard to tell. Why don't you buy the ctek or Optimate lithium charger from Amazon and call it a day? Unless you want a dual charger and not sure if it exists or maybe that BMW charger is one. |
Ok I visited ecstuning, and this picture shows it's a dual type charger (mode button to select between lead/Li-ion)! Funny, I didn't find any charger like this one on CTEK website so it must have been made just for BMW! That sucks as I wouldn't have minded having a dual type charger, must be new! OP good find
BTW, the same part nb shows us all over the Internet with different type of BMW CTEK chargers. The one from ecs is the only one with this unique dual mode charger, the other ones are only for lead acid batteries. I'd call your source and double check that the faceplate has this mode button that switches between lead acid and LI-ion.
