No, you should not use a 295/30/19 rear tire when paired with a front 265/35/19. That would make the rear tire diameter smaller than the front, and you actually need the rear tire to ideally be 0.5" to 0.6" larger than the front tire to maintain the OEM BMW diameter offset.
What size/offset rear wheel are you going to run? It might be better to rethink your front tire size (depending on both front/rear wheel size/offsets).
