yes, you can swap them. its just the rear will be more aggressive than stock and the front will be basically the same fitment as the f8x stock rims.
it can certainly be done.
if your point is that the offsets aren't identical between the two cars, yes that is correct. but they definitely will fit and probably will be popular with a front spacer. the good thing is that the offsets allow for a large spacer which typically fits much better and more flush on the hub. 15mm spacers are ideal in my experience. depends on fender clearance, but I bet it will fit.
