So I call my service associate this morning to make sure the have the plugs for the oil and differential because I didn't want to waste my time going up there.
He says they do. I get there and a hour into my appointment he comes and tells me, sorry we don't have the right one.
If that doesn't piss me off enough, he then tells me sorry we don't have any bmw loaners, but we have this shiny new Altima for you. Just very annoyed because I called them for this very purpose.
Just a heads up to anyone going to get their 1200 done soon. Make sure your service dept has their parts in stock if you don't want to be without your car until they get it. //End rant.
