Few things with title:
If title is in dealership name and she never took it in to get the title in her name (usually means going to DMV and paying taxes), then car will still show registered to the dealership or whoever was on that title. Now, that would be really stupid dealership in my opinion.
Not much you can do at this point unless you get the title in your name. I guess you can drive the car with your civic plates (and if pulled over say you are transferring plates), but if an accident or something like that happens that might get complicated. Most likely you can get insurance as they never check. Or if the car get's towed, you will not be able to get it back as you are not the owner.
You can also, part this car out, get another 328 and transfer parts, or just drive it until wheels fall off and dump it, or maybe make it into track car.
Either way, as much as a freebie sounds nice, remember it can be gone any second, by getting it towed, or by your "nice" friend reporting it stolen or something.
