I have been working with BMW Individual North America and BMW Individual Germany over the past few months and they sent me information to help me choose an exterior color. There are tons of exterior colors to choose, however they may be ordered directly through the Individual program.
There are other Red options, however if they are not included in the Individual Catalog as mentioned in OP, then they can be ordered through the Individual program with a $5K premium. Of course I am speaking for the U.S. only.
Note: Frozen colors will not be available until 2015.
