Happens to me too, but in my case there are minute difference in the air pressure.
Make sure you use a good air pressure gauge. Those pencil- tip ones are lousy.

Thanks. I use a digital talking tire gauge, but it is a pencil type. So then that sensor based system must react to a 1/2 psi difference? Not sure if any gauge is that precise, also when you insert the gauge to check you deflate a bit of air if you're not dead quick. Does the above model have better precision ($66!), or facilitate the checking operation?
