Are you talking about an English language version of the German manual being available through these channels?
If not and you just want the German language version, forum moderator southlight may be able to assist you. He posted a thread here with notable excerpts:

You could ask him if he is able to provide you with the full text, though I am not certain if he has an electronic copy or if he has only a paper copy and has scanned in certain pages.
