I suppose you could but then you’d need a 15 mm thick spacer to get it back to the stock offset.
The stock front is 18x9et29, 19x9et29 and 20x9et29 or, removing the diameter, a 9et29 wheel for width and offset. A common aftermarket front is 9.5et22 which has the same frontspacing as a 9et16. So if you wanted a stock look you’d run a 9et29 and if you wanted a flush look you’d run a 9et16 (not aggressive, stock camber).
Is this a street wheel setup? What size rear wheels are the ci-r offered in? Stock rear is 10et40. Commonly used rears are 10et30, 10.5et36, and 11et42.
