There is no new M4 GTS coming. The GTS was a short 700 unit run (later extended to about 800 units), and all of them have been built already.
Also, he didn't say "the 'new' M4". He said a "a new M4 model". That new model is the M4 CS as already confirmed above, and it is indeed rumored to have a GTS or GTS-like front lip as well as OLED tail lights.
