I really hope so too, I could swear I read somewhere that batteries are covered under warranty if the battery fails to keep a charge above a certain capacity threshold, if operator error has been ruled out (unreasonable driving/usage profile)... Further readings shows that our batteries are equipped with a "disconnect switch" to protect the battery from certain conditions, at which voltage cannot be measured, which was the case. So maybe the battery disconnected itself to protect itself, one cause could be a undervoltage (total discharge), but caused by what ?
