Yes, that's what I do for every track day I go.
Two 305s and a 275 go in the back seat, lined up next to each other. The other 275 goes in the trunk with my floor jack, jack stand, a big duffel bag for various tools, a crescent tool bag, and a high torque impact wrench (stored in a case).
