One thing I have never understood was people holding back from calling out a vendor.....

I mean, yes, I understand completely the respect to hold off while you are in discussions with them. However, once they stop responding and ultimately feel the case is closed as a customer if still not satisfied, then YES. Post about your experience... Isnt that the whole point of these forums anyway?

Your experiences, your thoughts, sharing the good roads, vendors, parts, people that you've met along the way. Hell, some of my favorite parts of this forum are reading about the ED experiences. Places to go, see, etc.

What is the difference when discussing vendors? We dont wish others to have poor experiences, and we wish the vendors that take that extra time with the customers and spend the extra time on the quality of their product all the successes to continue to expand their products and develop new items.

Post the negative shit all you want. Its for the benefit of the community.
