Also, he didn't say "the 'new' M4". He said a "a new M4 model". That new model is the M4 CS as already confirmed above, and it is indeed rumored to have a GTS or GTS-like front lip as well as OLED tail lights.

Ah I see, I was under the impression the CS model had LCI tails like the M3...
Also changing headlights / tailights is almost like a "new" facelifted version. More than just a model in my books. Like the B8.5 Audis.
