I do, I run Royal Purple fuel injection cleaners every 6-7 fill up. Done it to every car/truck I have owned. Doesnt cost much, maybe its just a piece of mind for me.
There is a guy on youtube that does a review before and after on every cleaners out there. He shows the pistons before and after, its pretty informative. I would say theres alittle improvements based on his reviews.
