I live in St. Pete and am in a similar dilemma. I spray it off at a nearby place that has has a spot-free rinse. After this, I take it to my parking garage and use a cart to take two wash buckets with Optimum No Rinse/Water and a chemical sprayer filled with the same. Not the same, but it gets the job done.
