Hey there, how many miles do you have on the car? I went in slightly before the 1200 mile service reset, and I too thought they didn't do it properly.
However, after reaching 1200+ miles LC magically appeared. So if you did it earlier than 1200 miles just wait to turn over that limit because it seems like it's hardcoded into the car to check to see if the milage has been met before doing LC. Good luck!
