Yes. Before your car goes to status 150, you have time to add it. This is what you do (steps):

1. Go to dealer
2. Place order with CA while he is on the computer
3. Ask him to print you out your VIR (you will likely be at status 111 - Order accepted by AG)
4. Look at your VIR for option code 552.
5. If option code there, dance. If not, and you see 5A2 go to step 6.
6. Ask CA to modify your order to add Exec Package.
