Good lord, why? If it weren't for all of my nieces and nephews (wife's side), my a$$ would be out of this liberal cesspool yesterday. Have somewhat started the process with a condo purchase in Florida earlier this year.
Taxes are in the stratosphere, traffic is a disaster, it's congested as hell with people, winter's suck, and all of the local/state gov'ts think they know how you should spend YOUR money and live YOUR life... (all the way down to what you eat).
