EDIT:
You can download the zipped browser version of the M3 user manual here. It should be readable on your PC's web browser.

EDIT:
April 26, 2014
M4ever notified us that the M3 and M4 manuals are now available for iOS. It looks like it is available in Germany and USA. It may not be available worldwide as @tisme says it is not available in UK for him.

On your iDevices, go to the app store, and search for BMW Drivers' guide. After the app is downloaded, you will need to enter the last 7 digits of an M3 or M4 VIN. You can find the VIN on some of the pictures on bimmerpost. Then you can download the manual for your offline viewing pleasure.

If you don't have an iDevice, the HTML version of the manual is attached below. Beware that the image files are missing and they are not in chronological order.

Besides getting allocation numbers and reading first reviews from new owners, I think the next big item for discussion will be the user manual. I am sure we will go over it with a fine tooth comb.

Questions to folks who were around during the E9x M3 launch (or other recent BMW launches), when did its user manual become available online for download?
