The danger in where this happens in not just completely making the car unstable (think of lifting the throttle completely mid-high-G corner), but when you have cars on your tail with nowhere to go...
FWIW, I set a new personal best at this track yesterday @ 1:50.8, which is running with incredibly fast cars and talented drivers.

This is the single worst thing I've heard so far. If true it would definitely complicate my plans for an F80
