Agree.
Sure, it's possible this image was actually leaked from some source who is working on launch material for the F83 and also that the color seen on the car actually represents a color we'll see available in production. But its a fairy small pic and has clearly been heavily processed so there's not much here in the way of confirmation.
That said, it's still worth being publicized so thanks OP for posting.

Good point, by the way. I had not really considered the possibility of the M3 and M4 having different choices since they were the same for the E90/E92/E93 M3.
