Understand that just because you can 'Customize" a wheel doesn't mean it is safe for the race track. The biggest benefit of BBS over hre is that the BBS Fi-R or BBS rims in general are TUV and UN/ECE 124 that is why you get them only in specific offsets. Track capable and able to handle additional lateral forces and stress to the rim without failure.

An if your just looking for looks then of course customization is what you want.

Forgive me if you meant otherwise, but based on what you're saying my assumption is that you're saying BBS is TUV approved but not HRE? We have had our manufacturing facility TUV approved since 2008.
