BTW, the M4 has always had LED taillights. It is just the shape that is changing with the LCI.
It is the brake lights and rear turn signals that are incandescent that will likely become LED with the LCI.
If I am not mistaken, the reverse light remained incandescent on the F80/F30 LCI.
