Me too, just didn't anticipate the time required to put one together I'd be happy with. Plus, that whole lack of free time thing. And Iceland really screwed up my internal clock. Sleep for 3 or four hours at a clip, then hit the road again - if the sun never really sets your body is ready to go as if it's always daybreak. By the time I got back to the states I was about 12 hours off from an internal vs. real clock standpoint. The past 2 days since getting back have been rough.
As of now I'm up to end of day 4 out of 14 on my write-up. This is a time occupier for sure. Every time I "finish" a day, I end up with "Oh, shit, that's right, have to add XYZ into two days back, etc. if that makes sense, congratulations on interpreting me - that will come in handy when I finally put up the trip report!
