Yeah....I think it is an advisory message...mine is on already, and I have less mileage that he does.
When I go to check it in the menu, it is basically telling me in XXX miles, it is due, from what I can figure out. The mileage in that window is decreasing, so I think it is a countdown/advisory message as well.
