Doing break-in is going to be soooooo much less painful than in the E9X. With the F8X you can use full power from 0 miles.
"As with any other current or late M model, break-in period is 2,000 km or 1,200 miles. During that time, maximum engine speed should not exceed 5,500 RPM"
