What are the "modest" gains of the ZCP tune? Something like 30/30?

The gains are a little less than that, and more inline with the gains as advertised by BMW between the ZCP and Standard model cars.
(hence the reason we call it ZCP Level).

We've been seeing a consistent 20HP and 15-20TQ (surprisingly, considering that BMW stated that torque stays the same).

The important thing to note, aside from the power gains, is that there are other significant improvements on the ZCP such as improved throttle and boost control that provide additional benefits to the overall power delivery and drivability of the car.
