SEE BELOW WHAT TIRERACK IS RECOMENDING:
As it stands right now, the best thing you can do is the Pirelli 240 Sotto Zero S2 run flat in 245/40R18 and 275/40-R18. The wheel would be the Rial P10 18x8 and 18x9. This is a very nice set up that will work quite well for you.
