No. I said that the 4er and M4 will feature adaptive LEDs I did not mention exclusively the concept. The designer of the concept headlights came to BMW in 2012 and therefore the car was already in development.
The benefit of LED technology now is that lights not only get brighter but become much smaller in unit shape. We will probably see something like the concepts on a future model.
The production 4er Coupe launch is imminent and M4 Cabrio prototypes have started to show up at the FIZ. |
I hope so, those hex lights and led bars beneath them really set the 4 apart from the 3...
Fingers crossed for hexes on the LCI. Might be able to afford one by then hahaha
