I found myself heel/toeing anyway, even with rev matching enabled. As mentioned, muscle memory is strong. I can say that 90% of the time, the car was quicker than I was on the blip, so most of the time, my downshifts were two blips.

I did get used to it, and found that I could "turn on" heel/toe in Sport+.
