Actually, I complained a bit about my 6MT. It's not bad, but it was not as fantastic as people were making it out to be. It's better than my 335is but flexier feeling than my E60 535i manual which felt really good - solid shifter, positive engagement, etc.

As for test driving a 6MT, I did it right in your backyard at Irvine BMW and leased the car on the spot.
